What kind of paths will you walk on?

The Camino is 800 km. long and is therefore very varied in both nature and the path surface.

Most often you will travel along quite good paths which are finely landscaped and well maintained. At times, you come to smaller and less maintained or landscaped walks, but in these cases a small detour can take your around any difficult parts before returning to The Camino. As a general rule, The Camino is followed by minor roads, and if you are on bicycle you can often take a gravel road break and follow the road a bit. It's all very individual and you are in doubt, ask for just the route you have to hike or bike.
